Grades are one piece of the picture. Tell us how the applicant spends their time and what lights them up. Specifics matter more than length.
Extracurricular activities
Clubs, teams, arts, leadership roles, and programs. Include years involved and any role held.
Work and volunteer experience
Jobs, internships, service, caregiving, or entrepreneurial projects. Write "None yet" if that is the case, and tell us what you hope to pursue.
What are the applicant's passions?
What do they lose track of time doing? What do they care about enough to stand up for?

We only take on applicants who are ready to do the work. Answer in the applicant's own voice where possible. Parents may add their perspective at the end.

Consent to Coaching Services
I understand that TSG coaching is not homework instruction, therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. It is skill-building, strategy development, and accountability partnership. I understand that while TSG has a strong track record of success, individual results may vary, and coaching does not guarantee specific academic, admissions, financial, or personal outcomes. I understand that consistent participation and practice between sessions are part of what makes coaching effective.
Media Recording & Usage Consent
I understand that TSG may take photographs, video recordings, and/or audio recordings during coaching sessions, workshops, or related activities, which may be used for internal training, educational purposes, and official TSG publications. No compensation will be provided for the use of this media. Any media used will be respectful, appropriate, and intended to highlight growth, brilliance, and Genius.
Communication & Participation Agreement
I agree to respond to communication, attend scheduled sessions, and participate as outlined by TSG. I understand that sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 2 hours in advance, changes made within 2 hours will incur a $5 late change fee, a 10-minute grace period is provided for all sessions, and arrivals beyond that grace period without prior notice will incur a $5 lateness fee and may result in a shortened session. I understand that all sales are final and non-refundable.
Privacy & Data Use Consent
I consent to TSG storing my information securely for the purpose of scheduling, delivering coaching services, and related communication, as outlined in TSG's
