Consent to Coaching Services
I understand that TSG coaching is not tutoring, therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. It is skill-building, strategy development, and accountability partnership. I understand that while TSG has a strong track record of success, individual results may vary, and coaching does not guarantee specific academic, admissions, financial, or personal outcomes. I understand that consistent participation and practice between sessions are part of what makes coaching effective.
Policies, Consent & Agreements
Media Recording & Usage Consent
I understand that TSG may take photographs, video recordings, and/or audio recordings during coaching sessions, workshops, or related activities, which may be used for internal training, educational purposes, and official TSG publications. No compensation will be provided for the use of this media. Any media used will be respectful, appropriate, and intended to highlight my child's growth, brilliance, and Genius.
Communication & Participation Agreement
I agree to respond to communication, attend scheduled sessions, and participate as outlined by TSG. I understand that sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 2 hours in advance, changes made within 2 hours will incur a $5 late change fee, a 10-minute grace period is provided for all sessions, and arrivals beyond that grace period without prior notice will incur a $5 lateness fee and may result in a shortened session. I understand that all sales are final and non-refundable.
Privacy & Data Use Consent
I consent to TSG storing my information securely for the purpose of scheduling, delivering coaching services, and related communication, as outlined in TSG's
Privacy Policy . I understand full policy details are also available in TSG's
