Refund policy

At The Sowo Group (TSG), we value intentional commitment and mutual respect for time, energy, and preparation. Due to the nature of our services and digital offerings, all sales are final and non-refundable.

 

Refunds & Purchases

 

  • All coaching services, workshops, digital products, courses, and downloadable materials are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for missed sessions, unused services, scheduling conflicts, or changes in personal circumstances.
  • Digital products are non-returnable due to immediate access and intellectual property protections.

 

Appointments, Cancellations & Lateness

 

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 2 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 2 hours of the session will incur a $5 late change fee.
  • A 10-minute grace period is provided for all sessions.
  • Arrival beyond the 10-minute grace period without prior notice and appropriate communication will incur a $5 lateness fee and may result in a shortened session.
