Welcome to The Sowo Group LLC (“TSG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, services, coaching programs, digital products, or content (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase our offerings.

1. Use of Website & Services

The Sowo Group provides academic coaching, life coaching, educational consulting, workshops, digital products, and related resources. You agree to use our website and Services for lawful purposes only and in a way that respects our community, values, and intellectual property.

2. Eligibility & Parent/Guardian Consent

By using our Services, you confirm that either:

  • You are 18 years of age or older, or
  • You are the parent or legal guardian purchasing services on behalf of a minor.

Services for Minors

If services are purchased for or involve a minor (under 18 years old), the parent or legal guardian:

  • Provides full consent for the minor’s participation
  • Acknowledges responsibility for all payments, fees, and policies
  • Accepts responsibility for the minor’s conduct, attendance, and engagement
  • Understands that coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment

The parent or guardian agrees that all communication, scheduling, and policy enforcement applies equally to services provided to minors.

3. Payments, Refunds & Fees

All Sales Final

All purchases made through The Sowo Group are final and non-refundable, including coaching sessions, workshops, digital products, courses, and downloads.

Appointment Policies

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 2 hours in advance.
  • Changes made within 2 hours of the scheduled session will incur a $5 late change fee.
  • A 10-minute grace period is provided for all sessions.
  • Arrivals beyond the 10-minute grace period without prior notice and appropriate communication will incur a $5 lateness fee and may result in a shortened session.

Missed sessions do not qualify for refunds or credits.

 

 

 

4. No Guarantees or Promises of Outcomes

While TSG has a strong track record of success, individual results may vary. Coaching, educational guidance, and digital resources are supportive tools and do not guarantee specific academic, college admissions, financial, or personal outcomes.

 

 

 

 

5. Intellectual Property

 

All content on this website—including text, graphics, videos, worksheets, meditations, curricula, downloads, and branding—is the exclusive property of The Sowo Group and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, share, or commercially exploit any TSG materials without written permission. Recording or redistributing coaching sessions is strictly prohibited.

 

 

 

6. Client Conduct & Respect

 

We maintain a respectful, supportive, and intentional environment. The Sowo Group reserves the right to refuse or discontinue Services if a client or participant engages in:

  • Disruptive, abusive, or disrespectful behavior
  • Repeated boundary violations
  • Misuse or unauthorized distribution of intellectual property

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

 

 

 

 

7. Disclaimer

 

TSG Services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Coaching and educational guidance are provided for informational, developmental, and support purposes only.

 

 

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Sowo Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or Services.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
