College & Young Adult Strategic Coaching (Monthly Enrollment)

This 1:1 virtual coaching program supports college students and young adults as they navigate academic demands, life transitions, and the need for stronger structure and direction.

Coaching focuses on study skills for enrolled students, executive functioning, planning, decision-making, and long-term strategy. Clients receive individualized support to build sustainable systems for success during and after college.

After each session, clients receive notes and action steps, with all materials stored in a personalized Google Drive folder. Bi-monthly family meetings are available when appropriate.
